(No. 5) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 5) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 5 November 2021.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Changi Road, Joo Chiat Road and Lorong 101 Changi, comprised in Lot number 07662W in Mukim 26 and on which Apartment Blocks 3 and 4 are erected, and which is more particularly shaded in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Sims Avenue, Jalan Ubi and Changi Road, comprised in Lot number 04182M in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 842, 844, 846 and 848 are erected, and which is more particularly shaded in Plan 2.
