(No. 4) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 4) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 November 2021.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Bukit Batok Central comprised in Lot number 03133K in Mukim 10 and on which Apartment Block 630 is erected, and in Lot number 02751V in Mukim 10 and on which Apartment Blocks 632, 633, 634, 636, 637, 639 and 642 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1.

BUKIT BATOK CENTRAL

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Choa Chu Kang Way and Choa Chu Kang Street 51, comprised in Lot number 01829M in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 501, 502, 503, 504, 509 and 510 are erected, in Lot number 02433M in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 505, 506, 507, 508, 511 and 512 are erected, and in Lot number 01660P in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 513, 514, 515, 516, 517 and 518 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Jurong West Street 72, Jurong West Street 73 and Jurong West Street 75, comprised in Lot number 00651T in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 732, 733, 734 and 739 are erected, and in Lot number 00647P in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 735, 736, 737 and 738 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 3.

4.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Sunshine Terrace, Upper Serangoon Road, Serangoon Central and Serangoon Avenue 1, comprised in Lot number 06999L in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Blocks 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411, 412, 413 and 414 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 4.

5.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Simei Street 1, Simei Road and Pan Island Expressway, comprised in Lot number 03875T in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 127, 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138 and 139 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 5.

6.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Simei Street 1, Simei Road, Simei Street 3 and Simei Street 2, comprised in Lot number 04137X in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 141, 142, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 153 and 154 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 6.
