In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 3) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 October 2022.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board:

(a) bounded by Pipit Road and Circuit Road, comprised in Lot number 09322L in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 53 is erected, in Lot number 06048M in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 54 is erected, in Lot number 08478A in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 68 is erected, in Lot number 08479K in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 70 is erected, in Lot number 07776N in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 71 is erected, and in Lot number 07777X in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 72 is erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1A;

(b) at Circuit Road comprised in Lot number 10121C in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 37 is erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1B;

(c) bounded by Aljunied Crescent, Aljunied Avenue 2, Aljunied Avenue 1 and Geylang East Central, comprised in Lot number 07123L in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 113 is erected, in Lot number 07235T in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 115 is erected, in Lot number 07236A in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 116 is erected, and in Lot number 07238N in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 119 is erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1C.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Woodlands Avenue 1 and Woodlands Street 31, comprised in Lot number 02152V in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Blocks 301, 302, 303, 304, 305 and 306 are erected, and in Lot number 02156K in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Block 306A is erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 2.
