(No. 7) Order 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 7) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 28 November 2025.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Choa Chu Kang North 5, Choa Chu Kang Street 54 and Choa Chu Kang North 6, comprised in Lot number 02310X in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 762, 763, 764, 765, 766, 767, 768, 769, 770 and 771 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Geylang Bahru comprised in Lot number 07745N in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 58 is erected, and in Lot number 07744K in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Blocks 59A, 59B, 59C and 60 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, Toa Payoh Central and Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, comprised in Lot number 07239X in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 80, 80A, 80B, 81, 81A, 81B, 82, 82A, 82B, 84, 84A, 84B and 86 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.

4.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pasir Ris Drive 1, Pasir Ris Street 52 and Pasir Ris Drive 3, comprised in Lot number 01333A in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 500, 501, 502 and 503 are erected, in Lot number 01354L in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 504, 505, 506, 507, 508, 509 and 510 are erected, in Lot number 02457N in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 511, 512, 513, 514, 515, 516 and 517 are erected, and in Lot number 02268C in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 518, 519, 520 and 521 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 4.
