(No. 3) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 3) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 29 September 2021.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bishan Street 12 and Bishan Street 11, comprised in Lot number 06433L in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 139, 140, 141, 142, 143 and 144 are erected, and in Lot number 06266K in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 150, 150A, 151, 152 and 152A are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bishan Street 11 and Bishan Street 13, comprised in Lot number 10997X in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164, 165, 166 and 167 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Jurong West Avenue 5, Jurong West Street 75, Jurong West Street 73 and Jurong West Street 72, comprised in Lot number 00544P in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 743 and 751 are erected, in Lot number 01353V in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 744 and 750 are erected, in Lot number 01409P in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 745, 746, 748 and 749 are erected, and in Lot number 00583X in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Block 747 is erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 3.

6.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Serangoon Avenue 3, Serangoon Central Drive and Serangoon Central, comprised in Lot number 06678P in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 253, 254, 254A, 261, 262, 263, 265 and 266 are erected, in Lot number 07618P in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Block 264 is erected, and in Lot number 07158V in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Block 267 is erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 6.
