(No. 6) Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 6) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 5 November 2025.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board:

(a) bounded by Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 and Bukit Batok East Avenue 6, comprised in Lot number 06029T in Mukim 05 and on which Apartment Blocks 285, 286 and 287 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1A;

(b) bounded by Bukit Batok Street 23, Bukit Batok East Avenue 6, Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 and Bukit Batok Street 24, comprised in Lot number 06681L in Mukim 05 and on which Apartment Blocks 290A, 290B, 290C, 290D, 290E, 290F, 290G, 291A, 291B, 291C, 291D and 291E are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1B.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Choa Chu Kang Way, Choa Chu Kang Loop, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4, Choa Chu Kang Drive, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3 and Choa Chu Kang Central, comprised in Lot number 02604N in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 305, 306, 307 and 308 are erected, in Lot number 03667K in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 340, 341, 342, 343, 344, 345 and 346 are erected, and in Lot number 03665T in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 350, 351, 352, 353, 354 and 355 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Hougang Avenue 5, Upper Serangoon Road and Lorong Batawi, comprised in Lot number 07057V in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Blocks 358, 359, 360, 361, 362 and 363 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.

7.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Woodlands Avenue 4, Woodlands Drive 40, Woodlands Circle, Woodlands Drive 70 and Woodlands Avenue 7, comprised in Lot number 03005T in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Blocks 701, 702, 703, 704, 705, 706, 707, 708, 709, 710, 711, 712 and 713 are erected, and in Lot number 03078W in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Blocks 744, 745, 746 and 747 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 7.
