In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 6) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 5 November 2025.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board:
(a)bounded by Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 and Bukit Batok East Avenue 6, comprised in Lot number 06029T in Mukim 05 and on which Apartment Blocks 285, 286 and 287 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1A;

(b)bounded by Bukit Batok Street 23, Bukit Batok East Avenue 6, Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 and Bukit Batok Street 24, comprised in Lot number 06681L in Mukim 05 and on which Apartment Blocks 290A, 290B, 290C, 290D, 290E, 290F, 290G, 291A, 291B, 291C, 291D and 291E are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1B.
