Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 31 January 2020.

Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Clementi Avenue 3 and Commonwealth Avenue West, comprised in Lot numbers 08232A, 03513T, 06170A, 06482A, 03515K and 06169N in Mukim 05 and on which Apartment Blocks 442, 443, 446, 447, 449 and 450 are erected, and which is more particularly shaded in the Plan.
