In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 8) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 27 October 2023.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bedok South Avenue 2 and Bedok South Road, comprised in Lot number 07526P in Mukim 27 and on which Apartment Blocks 9, 10E and 10F are erected, and in Lot number 07525V in Mukim 27 and on which Apartment Blocks 10B, 10C, 10D and 14 are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bishan Road, Bishan Street 11 and Bishan Street 13, comprised in Lot number 12528V in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 505A, 505B, 505C, 505D, 506, 507, 508 and 509 are erected, in Lot number 15532X in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 510, 511, 512 and 513 are erected, in Lot number 16263T in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Block 514 is erected, and in Lot number 15673W in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 514A, 514B and 514C are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bishan Street 22 and Bishan Street 23, comprised in Lot number 12547T in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 222, 223, 224, 225, 226 and 227 are erected, and in Lot number 16586W in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234, 235, 236 and 237 are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.

4.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1 and Choa Chu Kang Avenue 4, comprised in Lot number 01259K in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408 and 426 are erected, and in Lot number 01256P in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 425, 427 and 428 are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 4.

5.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Buangkok Drive, Hougang Avenue 10 and Hougang Avenue 8, comprised in Lot number 07178P in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Blocks 447, 448, 449, 450, 451 and 454 are erected, and in Lot number 07181P in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Blocks 452, 453, 455, 456, 457 and 458 are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 5.
