(No. 5) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 5) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 16 October 2023.

Declaration of precinct for lift upgrading works

2.  The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.

THE SCHEDULE

      All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bishan Street 22 and Bishan Street 25, comprised in Lot number 18583A in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Block 238 is erected, and in Lot number 18576W in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Block 257 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan.
