In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Revitalisation of Shops Scheme) (No. 2) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 2 October 2025.

Declaration of precincts for Revitalisation of Shops Scheme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out commercial property upgrading works in connection with the Revitalisation of Shops Scheme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Jurong West Street 91, Jurong West Street 92, Jurong West Street 93 and Pioneer Road North, comprised in Lot number 01711T in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 959, 960, 961, 962, 963, 964, 965 and 966 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Woodlands Avenue 1, Woodlands Avenue 3 and Woodlands Street 31, comprised in Lot number 02152V in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Blocks 301, 302, 303, 304, 304A, 304B, 305 and 306 are erected, and in Lot number 02156K in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Block 306A is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 2.
