(No. 2) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 September 2021.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 and Bukit Batok Avenue 1, comprised in Lot number 02753T in Mukim 10 and on which Apartment Blocks 185, 186 and 187 are erected, and in Lot number 03090T in Mukim 10 and on which Apartment Blocks 188, 189, 190, 191, 192 and 193 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Gangsa Road, Petir Road and Cashew Road, comprised in Lot number 00526M in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 130, 131, 132, 133, 133A, 134, 135, 136, 137, 138, 139 and 140 are erected, and in Lot number 00394L in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150 and 151 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1 and Choa Chu Kang Avenue 2, comprised in Lot number 01067K in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 284, 287, 288, 294 and 295 are erected, and in Lot number 01248L in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 285, 286, 289, 290, 291, 292 and 293 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 3.

4.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Jurong West Street 91, Pioneer Road North and Pan Island Expressway, comprised in Lot number 00447L in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 933, 934 and 935 are erected, and in Lot number 01713K in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 937, 938, 940, 941, 942, 943, 944, 945, 946, 947, 948, 949, 950, 952 and 953 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 4.

5.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Jurong West Street 91 comprised in Lot number 00447L in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 936 and 939 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 5.

6.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Toh Yi Road, Toh Yi Drive and Jalan Jurong Kechil, comprised in Lot number 09021W in Mukim 05 and on which Apartment Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 6.
