In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 2) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 14 August 2024.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Balestier Road and Whampoa Drive, comprised in Lot number 07499M in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Block 104 is erected, which block is marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

PLAN 1 WHAMPOA DRIVE

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Whampoa Road and Whampoa Drive, comprised in Lot number 07356A in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 109, 110 and 111 are erected, and in Lot number 07151K in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 112, 113, 114 and 115 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.
