In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 7) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 29 September 2023.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Bedok North Avenue 4 comprised in Lot number 05337M in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 94B, 94C, 94D and 94E are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Beng Wan Road, Bendemeer Road and Whampoa South, comprised in Lot number 01793P in TS 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 46 and 48 are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bishan Street 22, Bishan Street 23 and Bishan Road, comprised in Lot number 12549K in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 216, 217, 218 and 219 are erected, and in Lot number 12547T in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 212, 213, 214, 215, 220 and 221 are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.
