In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 5) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 October 2025.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board:

(a) bounded by Kallang Paya Lebar Expressway and Balam Road, comprised in Lot number 07516T in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Blocks 27, 28 and 29 are erected, and in Lot number 07370V in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Block 33 is erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1A;

(b) at Circuit Road comprised in Lot number 07543M in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Blocks 41 and 42 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1B;

(c) bounded by Pipit Road, Circuit Road and Pan Island Expressway, comprised in Lot number 07639N in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Blocks 55 and 56 are erected, and in Lot number 07647W in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Blocks 92 and 92A are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 1C.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Choa Chu Kang Drive, Choa Chu Kang North 5 and Choa Chu Kang Street 54, comprised in Lot number 02325L in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 751, 752, 753, 754, 755, 756, 757, 758, 759, 760 and 761 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Compassvale Walk and Punggol Road, comprised in Lot number 01028T in Mukim 21 and on which Apartment Blocks 229, 230, 231 and 232 are erected, and in Lot number 01032A in Mukim 21 and on which Apartment Blocks 233, 234, 235 and 236 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.

4.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pasir Ris Drive 4, Pasir Ris Drive 1, Pasir Ris Drive 2 and Pasir Ris Street 21, comprised in Lot number 04896V in Mukim 31 and on which Apartment Blocks 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209 and 210 are erected, and in Lot number 02189W in Mukim 31 and on which Apartment Blocks 211, 212, 213, 214, 215 and 216 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 4.
