In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 9) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 23 September 2019.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bedok Reservoir Road and Jalan Singa, comprised in Lot number 03605M in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 110 and 111 are erected, in Lot numbers 03144L, 03606W, 03104P and 03103V in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 112, 113, 114 and 115 are erected, in Lot number 03101M in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 116, 117 and 118 are erected, and in Lot number 03102W in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 119, 120 and 121 are erected, and which is more particularly shaded in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bukit Batok Street 31, Bukit Batok West Avenue 5, Bukit Batok Street 51, Bukit Batok Street 52 and Bukit Batok East Avenue 5, comprised in Lot number 02631V in Mukim 10 and on which Apartment Blocks 371, 372, 374 and 375 are erected, and in Lot number 02570C in Mukim 10 and on which Apartment Blocks 523, 524, 525, 526, 527, 528, 530, 531, 532, 533 and 534 are erected, and which is more particularly shaded in Plan 2.
