In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 6) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 30 August 2023.
Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Marymount Road, Bishan Street 22 and Bishan Street 24, comprised in Lot number 18576W in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 257, 258, 259, 260, 261, 262 and 263 are erected, in Lot number 18570K in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 264, 265, 266, 267 and 268 are erected, in Lot number 18568N in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 269, 270, 271 and 272 are erected, and in Lot number 12285K in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 278, 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285, 286 and 287 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Teck Whye Lane, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1 and Teck Whye Avenue, comprised in Lot number 01293K in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 130, 131, 132, 133 and 134 are erected, in Lot number 01133M in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 141, 142, 143, 144, 145 and 146 are erected, and in Lot number 01390M in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Block 140 is erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 2.
