In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 4) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 5 September 2025.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bedok North Avenue 3 and Bedok North Street 2, comprised in Lot number 08197X in Mukim 27 and on which Apartment Block 140 is erected, which block is marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3, Choa Chu Kang Central, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1 and Choa Chu Kang Way, comprised in Lot number 01377T in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 223, 224, 225, 226 and 227 are erected, in Lot number 01148W in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 228 and 229 are erected, in Lot number 01240W in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 230, 231, 235, 237, 238 and 239 are erected, in Lot number 01384X in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 232 and 233 are erected, and in Lot number 01132C in Mukim 11 and on which Apartment Blocks 234 and 236 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pan Island Expressway, Jurong West Street 81, Jurong West Avenue 5 and Pioneer Road North, comprised in Lot number 00612C in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 833, 834, 836 and 837 are erected, in Lot number 00451C in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 835 and 838 are erected, in Lot number 00608L in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 839, 840, 841, 842 and 843 are erected, and in Lot number 01424W in Mukim 09 and on which Apartment Blocks 844, 845, 846, 847, 848, 849, 850, 851, 852 and 853 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 3.

4.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Lorong 5 Toa Payoh, Lorong 7 Toa Payoh, Lorong 6 Toa Payoh and Toa Payoh East, comprised in Lot number 07280W in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 35, 36 and 37 are erected, in Lot number 09421A in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 43, 44, 45, 46 and 48 are erected, and in Lot number 07146T in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 49 and 50 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 4.

5.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pasir Ris Street 51, Pasir Ris Drive 1 and Pasir Ris Central, comprised in Lot number 01185T in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 531, 532, 533, 534, 535 and 536 are erected, in Lot number 01182W in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 537, 538, 539, 540, 541, 542 and 543 are erected, and in Lot number 03242C in Mukim 29 and on which Apartment Blocks 564, 565, 566, 567, 568 and 569 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in Plan 5.
