Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 28 July 2021.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bukit Panjang Ring Road and Bangkit Road, comprised in Lot number 01030P in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 246, 248, 249, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254 and 255 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1.

BANGKIT ROAD

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Bangkit Road, Bukit Panjang Road and Bukit Panjang Ring Road, comprised in Lot number 00689L in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 256, 257, 258, 259, 259A and 260 are erected, in Lot number 00732X in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 270, 271, 272, 273, 276 and 277 are erected, and in Lot number 00482X in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 274 and 275 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 2.
