Order 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Revitalisation of Shops Scheme) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 8 July 2025.

Declaration of precinct for Revitalisation of Shops Scheme

2.  The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purposes of carrying out commercial property upgrading works in connection with the Revitalisation of Shops Scheme.
