(No. 3) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 3) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 9 June 2023.

Declaration of precincts for lift upgrading works

2.  The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board —

(a) bounded by Bishan Street 11 and Bishan Street 12, comprised in Lot number 06253N in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Block 119 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 1A; and

(b) at Bishan Street 12 comprised in Lot number 06253N in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Block 134 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 1B.
