Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 26 April 2024.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by New Upper Changi Road, Chai Chee Road and Chai Chee Avenue, comprised in Lot number 07242M in Mukim 27 and on which Apartment Blocks 25, 26 and 27 are erected, in Lot number 07758L in Mukim 27 and on which Apartment Blocks 29 and 29A are erected, and in Lot number 07237L in Mukim 27 and on which Apartment Blocks 803, 804 and 805 are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by St. George’s Lane and St. George’s Road, comprised in Lot number 07339A in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 4B and 4C are erected, which blocks are marked with a grey dot in Plan 2.
