(No. 2) Order 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 12 May 2023.
Declaration of precincts for lift upgrading works
2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
THE SCHEDULE
1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board:
(a)bounded by Cashew Road and Petir Road, comprised in Lot number 00526M in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Block 130 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 1A;

(b)bounded by Gangsa Road and Petir Road, comprised in Lot number 00394L in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 147 and 151 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 1B.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board:
(a)bounded by Gangsa Road, Petir Road and Bukit Panjang Road, comprised in Lot number 01060V in Mukim 14 and on which Apartment Blocks 101 and 107 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 2A;

(a)bounded by Serangoon North Avenue 4 and Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3, comprised in Lot number 16856T in Mukim 18 and on which Apartment Blocks 519 and 520 are erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 4A;
