| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 8 January 2025. |
| Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme |
| 2. The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purposes of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme. |
| THE SCHEDULE |
| All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Queensway Flyover, Queen’s Close, Mei Chin Road, Mei Ling Street and Stirling Road, comprised in Lot number 04755V in Mukim 03 and on which Apartment Blocks 19, 20, 21 and 22 are erected, in Lot number 02795W in Mukim 03 and on which Apartment Blocks 143, 145 and 146 are erected, and in Lot number 02792L in Mukim 03 and on which Apartment Blocks 147, 148, 149 and 150 are erected, which blocks are each marked with a grey dot in the Plan. |
