In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 2) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 3 March 2023.

Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Ubi Avenue 1, Ubi Avenue 2 and Eunos Link, comprised in Lot number 05551X in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 301, 302, 304, 305 and 306 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in the Plan.
