(Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works)
Order 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) Order 2020 and comes into operation on 14 February 2020.

Declaration of precinct for lift upgrading works

2.  The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.

THE SCHEDULE

All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Yishun Street 61 comprised in Lot number 02608X in Mukim 19 and on which Apartment Block 643 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan.
