In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 5) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 30 December 2022.

Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

  All those parts of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Lorong Melayu, Jalan Daud and Lengkong Tiga, comprised in Lot number 04455K in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108 and 109 are erected, and in Lot number 04170V in Mukim 23 and on which Apartment Blocks 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115 and 116 are erected, and which are more particularly edged in the Plan.
