Citation

1.  These Rules may be cited as the Housing and Development (Change of Address) Rules.

Owners, tenants, authorised occupiers, etc., to notify Board of change of residential address

2.—(1)  This rule shall apply to —

(a) the owner, tenant or authorised occupier; and

(b) an applicant for the purchase or rental,

of any flat, house or building sold or let out by the Board pursuant to the Act.

(2)  A person to whom this rule applies shall notify the Board in writing of any change of his residential address, except that where the person has made a report of the change under section 8 of the National Registration Act (Cap. 201), he shall be deemed to have notified the Board of the change of his residential address in compliance with this paragraph.
