Housing and Development (Approving Authority) Rules

Citation

1.  These Rules may be cited as the Housing and Development (Approving Authority) Rules.

Approving authority

2.  For the purposes of section 24(2) of the Act, the approving authority shall be the Tenders Board C of the Ministry of National Development, comprising —

(a) the Minister for National Development, who shall be the Chairman;

(b) the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of National Development; and

(c) one Senior Officer of the Ministry of National Development.
