| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Housing and Development (Singapore Labour Foundation) Order. |
| Singapore Labour Foundation may purchase HDB flat |
| 2. The Singapore Labour Foundation, a body corporate established under the Singapore Labour Foundation Act (Cap. 302), shall be entitled to purchase from the Board the flats comprised in Block 5 Changi Village Road which are set out in the First Schedule, and sold subject to the provisions of Part IV of the Act. |
| Modifications to Part IV of Act |
| 3. The provisions of Part IV of the Act shall apply in relation to the Singapore Labour Foundation with the modifications set out in the Second Schedule. |

| SECOND SCHEDULE |
| Paragraph 3 |
| 1. Sections 47, 48, 48B, 49, 52 and 56(1)(b), (j) and (l) of the Act shall not apply to the Singapore Labour Foundation. |
| 2. For the avoidance of doubt, the exemptions in paragraph 1 shall not extend to any assignee or purchaser of any such flat from the Singapore Labour Foundation. [G.N. Nos. S 541/2008; S334/2009] |
