The Minister for National Development hereby assigns to the Housing and Development Board the functions of —

(a) selling sand to persons engaged in the construction industry, or to such other person as the Board considers appropriate;

(b) selling granite to persons engaged in the construction industry, or to such other person as the Board considers appropriate.
