Gambling Duties
(Compoundable Offences)
Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45(1) of the Gambling Duties Act 2022, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the Gambling Duties (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 29 July 2022.

Compoundable offences

2.  Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 37 of the Act:

(a) an offence under section 27(1) or (2), 28(1) or (2) or 29(1), (3) or (4) of the Act;

(b) an offence under section 30(1) or 34 of the Act.
