and Use of Key Facilities, etc.)
Regulations 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Gas Act 2001, the Energy Market Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Manpower, Tan See Leng, the Minister charged with the responsibility for energy and energy utilities, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Gas (Connections to and Use of Key Facilities, etc.) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 1 July 2025.
Prescribed wharfs and jetties
2.  The wharfs and jetties prescribed for the purposes of section 38B of the Act are specified in the First Schedule.
Prescribed periods
3.  The periods prescribed for the purposes of section 38C of the Act are specified in the Second Schedule.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Regulation 2
Prescribed wharfs and jetties
1.  Any wharf or jetty that is equipped or capable of being equipped to load onto or discharge from any vessel, any gas that may be used by a generating station in Singapore to generate electricity.
