In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act 1920, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the Fees (Copies of Reports, Statements, Plans and Photographs) Order 2022.

Fees

2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Commissioner of Police in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column of that Schedule.

Revocation

3.  The Fees (Copies of Reports, Statements, Plans and Photographs) Order (O 25) is revoked.

THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

Fees

First column	Second column
1. For every search conducted in respect of an application to the police for any report, statement, information, document or record in the possession of the police	$16
2. For a copy of any report, statement, plan or photograph that the Commissioner of Police may permit to be supplied to the public:
(a) copy of a report	$18
(b) copy of a statement recorded from an accused person in accordance with section 23 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010	$18
(c) copy of a plan	$120
(d) copy of a colour photograph that is 18 cm by 12.7 cm:
(i) first copy of the photograph	$40
(ii) second, third, fourth or fifth copy of the photograph	$20
(iii) sixth or any subsequent copy of the photograph	$10
