Fees (Certificate of Clearance) Order 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Certificate of Clearance) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.

Fees

2.—(1)  A fee of $55 shall be payable to the Director, Criminal Investigation Department, Singapore, for the issue of a certificate stating that the person named therein has not been convicted of any crime in Singapore prior to the date of the issue of the certificate.

(2)  A fee of $25 shall be payable to the Director, Criminal Investigation Department, Singapore, for an additional copy of the certificate.

(3)  An additional fee of $5 shall be payable in the case where the certificate or a copy thereof is posted to an applicant outside Singapore.

Revocation

3.  The Fees (Certificate of No Criminal Conviction) Order (O 40C) is revoked.
