Fees (Police Services) Order 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Fees (Police Services) Order 2018.
Fees
2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Commander “A” Division in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column.
Revocation
3.  The Fees (Police Services) Order 2014 (G.N. No. S 452/2014) is revoked.

warrant of arrest issued under section 120 of
Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68, 2012 Ed.)

1.Administrative fee for work done in obtaining warrant of arrest, including data entry and screening of person against whom warrant of arrest is issued

3.Annual review fee for review of warrant of arrest that remains unexecuted —
 
(a)payable on every anniversary of date of issue of warrant of arrest, falling before 1 July 2014

(b)payable on every anniversary of date of issue of warrant of arrest, falling on or after 1 July 2014

issued under section 54 of Criminal Procedure Code
(Cap. 68, 1985 Ed.) as in force immediately before
2 January 2011, that remains unexecuted

(a)where on 2 January 2011, warrant of arrest remains unexecuted for less than one year —
 
(i)payable on every anniversary of date of issue of warrant of arrest, falling before 1 July 2014

(ii)payable on every anniversary of date of issue of warrant of arrest, falling on or after 1 July 2014

(b)where on 2 January 2011, warrant of arrest remains unexecuted for one year or more —
 
(i)payable on 2 January 2011 and every subsequent anniversary of that date before 2 January 2015
