Fees (Ministry of Home Affairs) Order 2025
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act 1920, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Fees (Ministry of Home Affairs) Order 2025.
Fees
2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable to the Ministry of Home Affairs in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column of that Schedule.
Remission of fees
3.  The person specified in the third column of the Schedule may remit wholly or in part the fees specified in the second column of that Schedule in respect of the matters specified opposite in the first column of that Schedule.
Revocation
4.  Revoke the Fees (Ministry of Home Affairs) Order (O 28).
