(Chapter 106)
Fees (Ministry of Education) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2 and 9 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Education) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 10th May 2006.
Fees
2.  There shall be payable to the Director-General of Education in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Schedule the fees specified opposite thereto in the second column thereof.
Remission
3.  The Director-General of Education may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part any fee payable under this Order.
Revocation
4.  The Fees (Ministry of Education) Order (O 51) is revoked.

Made this 5th day of May 2006.
