Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of the Environment) Order.

Fees

2.  There shall be payable at the office of the Ministry of the Environment the following fees:

	(a) for every application for information involving search and examination of records not relating to any premises		$7
	(b) for every application for information involving search and examination of records relating to any premises, in respect of each premises		$7
	(c) for a certified copy of any official record		$7.
