Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Attendance in Court) Order.

Fees

2.  The fees set out in the second column of the Schedule shall be paid to all Ministries and Departments of the Government (except the Singapore Armed Forces) in respect of each half-day’s attendance in court or part thereof by the officers set out in the first column thereof.

THE SCHEDULE

First column	Second column
(1) Superscale Officer	$350.
(2) Division I Officer	$170.
(3) Division II Officer	$100.
(4) Division III Officer	$ 60.
(5) Division IV Officer	$ 55.
