Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Health) Order.

Fees for approvals

2.  There shall be leviable at the Ministry of Health the following fees:

(a) for an approval valid for 2 years of any institution, hospital, maternity home, clinic or other place as an approved institution for the purpose of the Termination of Pregnancy Act (Cap. 324)
