Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Goods and Services Tax) Order.

Fees

2.  Subject to paragraph 3, there shall be payable to the Comptroller of Goods and Services Tax in respect of the matters set out in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column thereof.

Remission of fees

3.  The Comptroller of Goods and Services Tax may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part the fees payable under this Order.

THE SCHEDULE

First column	Second column
(1) For the search of any document	$20.
(2) For the supply of a certified copy of each page of the document	$3.
(3) For the supply of a copy of each page of any document	30 cents.
