Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Estate Duty) Order.

Fees

2.  Subject to paragraph 3, there shall be payable to the Commissioner of Estate Duties in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Schedule the fees specified opposite thereto in the second column thereof.

Remission of fees

3.  The Commissioner of Estate Duties may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part the fees payable under this Order.

THE SCHEDULE

(1) For the search of any document		$20
(2) For the supply of a copy of each page of an estate duty affidavit and other document		30 cents
(3) For the certification of each page of the document		$3.
