Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Citizenship Certificates, etc.) Order.

Fees

2.  There shall be leviable at the Singapore Citizenship Registry in respect of the matters specified in the first column of the Schedule the fees specified opposite thereto in the second column thereof.

Remission of fees

3.  The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs may, in his discretion, remit wholly or in part the fees payable under this Order.

THE SCHEDULE

First column		Second column
(1) For an application for citizenship		$100
(2) For the issue of a certificate of citizenship		$70
(3) For the replacement of a certificate of citizenship		$20
(4) For the issue of a letter or certificate stating the citizenship status of a person		$20
(5) For processing an application for renunciation of citizenship		$35
(6) For effecting amendments to the Register of Citizens and the certificate of citizenship of a person		$20
(7) For processing an application by a person claiming to be a citizen by birth or by registration		$240.
