Citation

1.  This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Prescribed Goods) Notification 1969.

Prescribed goods

2.—(1)  Section 5(2)(b) of the Act does not apply to the goods specified in the Schedule.

(2)  The Director-General may allow the goods to be temporarily stored in a free trade zone pending removal to a Government warehouse or other approved premises licensed under the Customs Act 1960.
