(Compoundable Offences)
Regulations 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 307 of the Food Safety and Security Act 2025, the Singapore Food Agency, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the Food Safety and Security (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 28 November 2025.

Compoundable offences

2.—(1)  Subject to paragraph (2), an offence specified in the Schedule is a compoundable offence under section 273(1) of the Act.

(2)  A continuing offence is not a compoundable offence.
