In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Specified Sporting Events — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2026.

Exemption

2.  Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of any flag specified in the fourth column of the Schedule, if the display of the flag is —

(a) in connection with the conduct of the event specified opposite the flag in the first column of that Schedule;

(b) on the dates specified opposite the flag in the second column of that Schedule; and

(c) at the venue specified opposite the flag in the third column of that Schedule.
