In exercise of the powers conferred by section 121(5)(b) of the Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) Act 2021, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) (Service of Documents Website) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 7 July 2022.

Prescribed websites for service of certain documents

2.  For the purposes of section 121(5)(b) of the Act —

(a) the Internet website https://www.mha.gov.sg/fica/directions is prescribed in relation to a Part 3 direction;

(b) the Internet website https://www.mha.gov.sg/fica/designations is prescribed in relation to a notice under section 47(3), 48(3) or 49(1) or (2) of the Act; and

(c) the Internet website https://www.mha.gov.sg/fica/directives is prescribed in relation to a directive under Part 5 or 6 of the Act.
