Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Financial Holding Companies (Designated Financial Holding Companies) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 July 2022.

Designation of financial holding companies

2.  Each financial holding company set out in the Schedule is designated as a designated financial holding company for the purposes of the Act.
