In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(3) of the Foreign Employee Dormitories Act 2015, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Foreign Employee Dormitories (Threshold Number under Section 3(3)) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 1 April 2023.

Threshold number under section 3(3) of Act

2.  For the purposes of section 3(3) of the Act, the threshold number is 7.
