Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing (Composition of Offences) Regulations.

Composition of offences

2.  The offences referred to in --

(a) section 6(1) and (2) of the Act; and

(b) the Electrical Workers and Contractors Licensing Regulations (Rg 1),

may be compounded by the Public Utilities Board in accordance with section 14 of the Act.
